Nordic Action - A seminar about graphic design from Scandinavia

 

On May the 24th, 2014, LYNfabrikken hosted the one-day seminar Nordic Action where four of Scandinavia’s graphic designers came to share their work, processes and stories. The designeres were Claus Due from the Copenhagen based studio Designbolaget, Hans Christian Øren from Oh Yeah Studio in Oslo, Teemu Suviala from Kokoro & Moi which is based in both Helsinki and New York and Gustav Granström from Ritator in Stockholm. As moderator LYNfabrikken had invited the british graphic designer, writer and publisher Adrian Shaughnessy, who did a great job raising some important questions during the day and summed up the seminar with some interesting points about contemporary graphic design.
